Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, all items will be donated to the local gleaning project. No refunds will be given if customer fails to pick up paid orders. All sales are final. Any refund requests should be made to the appropriate vendor directly. All vendor contact information is available on the Curbside Vendors page.
Curbside staff will inspect and pack all orders prior to your pick up on Saturday morning. As the customer, it is your responsibility to communicate directly with the farmer and/or vendor you purchased from if you feel the received product is unsatisfactory. All famers and vendor's contact information is located on the Curbside Vendors page. Market staff is happy to help connect customers with producers if needed. If you are unable to directly connect with the farmer and/or vendor, click here to contact market staff for assistance.
The goal of the Market at Pepper Place is to connect the local community with Alabama farmers and producers to receive the highest quality produce, and we require our vendors to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since many our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".
